Havanese Puppies

Nickie called me Saturday and told me her Havanese was having puppies that day. I couldn't resist coming over to watch them be born. When I was a teen I had the wild idea that I wanted to be a labor and delivery nurse after watching my sister give birth to my niece Carly. I even did a internship thru my high school at a hospital on the delivery floor. I got to see a couple c-sections and natural births. I have also been to about half of my niece and nephews births (on my side of the family)...it's such a miracle. So, I was excited when she invited me over to help her mid-wife Moki.

We placed them in a towel on a heating pad while she had the others. Aren't they cute?
