School has begun...

Well, two weeks ago anyway. I'm terrible at this blogging thing lately. The house is in disarray, I need to go running, get some pictures developed, Noah is walking around the house in his birthday suit and I am blogging. I have my priorities straight, right?

Grace is repeating 1st grade this year. She started school when she was four and try as we might, she couldn't keep up with the older kids. When we told her, she cried and I cried.

She looked at me and said, "Why are you crying?"

I replied, "Because I know how hard you worked this year...and because that's how we do things around here."

We are looking forward to this year being a breeze. We both need it.
